This was my first time to use the services of Mighty Clean Carpet Care. I asked them to come out and clean my carpets for me. On the positive side, their workers showed up in a timely manner. They were very nice and polite. And, they seemed professional in their approach to the job. However, I believe that they actually created a stain in my carpet. I noticed it after they left. I called Mighty Clean Carpet Care and informed them of the problem, and they quickly came back out to address the issue. So, that was a good thing. They responded quickly. But, the stain still persists. I plan to call them again, and I hope that this time they can take care of the problem. Until then, though, I can not say that I am satisfied with their services.
