It was like he was working on his mom's house!
Esa came out here, gave us a fair estimate, and really bent over backwards doing everything he could to fix what we needed. And then he went that much further. I was interested in seeing how he did it all, and he actually showed me how he did some of that stuff, and I thought that that was awesome!
What really did it for me with Esa was how personal he was. I really felt like he was genuinely concerned with getting it right and doing a good job. He worked on my house as if it was his own house, or a relative's house. I think he does the whole operation with that in mind. I really got the feeling that the job was done as if it was his mom's house, and that's something you can feel. I just wish I could find a mechanic in Tarzana with the same work ethic!
