Prompt, professional, and personal

Horace was personable and professional. He also was very gracious, as my "old" ears thought he said his name was Morris on the telephone. I did not find out that I pronounced his name incorrectly until one of your emails had his correct name in it.

Horace is a fine asset and ambassador for Advent.
