Praimesh is a great technician. He came out last week and diagnosed the issue with our system, which was a little tricky since we had previously had it worked on but the problem was not resolved. He took the time to evaluate all aspects to make sure his diagnosis was correct. The part that was needed was installed today and the system works great. Thank you for pointing out that the extended warranty is a great thing to have on our home system.
