We had Advent completely remove the old system, a 17 year old Trane and original 28 year old ducts. Advent HVAC engineers redesigned the system to change from the old upflow unit with one return air to a Carrier Infinity 21 horizontal system installed in the attic. They added more supply ducts and 4 return air ducts throughout the home. They enlarged the ceiling boots Ian’s ducts to properly balance the loads in each room.

This was a huge job, but Advent sent their very experienced team and they managed to produce this system in one long day. The workmanship is excellent and I was impressed with the teamwork and camaraderie among installers, sales force, and supervisors. This is why I chose Advent. Their professionalism is peerless.
