On 7/19 at 6:35 pm our a/c stopped cooling. Left message and Thomas called back at 7:27 pm. Thomas received our call and responded that he would be out as he had 3 stops before us but would call when he was on the way. He called and arrived at 11pm. Thomas was courteous and friendly even though he had probably been out since 7am. He quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me the estimate and was completed in 20 minutes. Our ac was back and cool within the hour. Thomas did a great job!!
