New technician (Mo) did a very good job on this visit. He answered all my question in a careful manner and if not sure of an answer we called his manager (Derrick) and Derrick provided the answer. One question required Derrick to do research and Derrick called back the next Day with the answer.

I have requested that Mo be assigned to my account. Derrick has confirmed that request and has provided me direst access to him when I need it.
