Scheduling was never more flexible..When I indicated that I had concerns about the scheduled time slot the response was "when would you like your appointment"..not here is our next available..that flexibility resembles the BMW dealer that services are car.
The service tech, David, was very knowledgable and most importantly committed to resolve any and all issues. Didn't seem rushed. Answered all my questions and offered advise that was valued. A first class service experience!
