I've been going to Jessup's Automotive Services for ten years and I've worked with a couple different managers there. Brian used to be a manager and now he's the owner. I've always had good work with him and he has good advice. They're good at scheduling me when I have a need, so between all those things I'm pretty happy with them. I've got no complaints about the service they provide. I went in twice last week. Once was for a checkup and some brake work. The other car I brought in had a dead battery, so I jumped it and took it there for them to put in a new battery and do some other servicing. I don't shop around because I prefer their service, but I certainly don't feel like I'm getting ripped off.
