I call Lana to get an estimate to replace the shower top facet cartridge. She insist to send the tech. First and charge the $29.50 for service call before I get any estimate or even rough estimate. The tech. was very professional and he told me the company charge $ 156.00 for the repair. I ask him how long it take he said about 45 minutes. I told him "this too expensive to charge $ 156.00 plus 29.50 for the repair." I end up paying him the service 29.50 for having him coming in and giving me the estimate. I call my handy man. He charge me $ 50.00 for labor and $ 40.00 for the cartridge. I learn my lesson not to call them any more they are very expensive.
