The technician was very helpful and efficient. It began to rain while he was installing our water heater and he continued until is was installed. What we really appreciated is that he also took the old one away. We were very impressed as he did all of the work by himself and never complained.
I would give the company and technician a five star rating! We knew what the price was going to be and it was fair. Plus, he had a new one in his truck and was ready to install it which was a blessing. His work was very professional, he took the other one away and cleaned up the area. We were surprised how soon he had installed the new water heater and he did it all by himself.
