We got our hot water heater from Advanced Plumbing Service about eight years ago and only recently began leaking water. Advanced Plumbing Service technician came out right away and found that there was a part that needed to be replaced. He quickly went to get the part and was back in no time. Our hot water heater is outside in a door that has to be screwed on and off to get to it and this technician did the removing and replacing of the door for us which I thought was very, very nice! Daniel explained everything he was doing and why he needed to do it and more importantly he did not rush through this; making sure we understood exactly what he was doing and why! He also serviced our sink and pipes while he was there to make sure that nothing else was going on with leaks in those areas! Very happy with Daniel and the service he provided!
