Dear Mr. Young:

I am writing to thank you and your staff for the excellent service we received while replacing our entire sound system. We were the victims of a lightening strike in September, and one of the many tasks before us was to replace the damaged sound system.

We met with Jered Nagle in the showroom, and he was instrumental in facilitating and implementing this task. I had become frustrated having to “supervise” many other work crews that were in our house, and electronics is not one of my strengths. Jered promised that he would ensure this job would be completed to our satisfaction. Jered helped us select our television sets, and we trusted him to make decisions on needed equipment for installation. Jered was readily available to us by phone or e-mail, and immediately responded to any questions or concerns we had. He also worked directly with our claims agent to keep him abreast of changing equipment needs. That was helpful, since this language and level of understanding is not within our comfort zone! Jered made this process much less stressful. We really wanted to let you know how satisfied we were with his integrity and professionalism.

Victoria, as always, was also very helpful to work with. She displayed empathy for our losses, which thankfully were not major, and also worked magic with her scheduling department. When return service calls were necessary, she met our needs on a timely basis and always kept the lines of communication open. Her follow-up phone calls were appreciated.

I do not trust many people in my home, and Jay and Randy were knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They were extremely neat and always cleaned up after themselves. Jay was also available to us by cell phone to help solve our problems and answer our questions. He is quite talented!

The level of professionalism displayed by all your staff made the replacement of our sound system a relatively easy task. We do not underestimate the talents of your staff and the excellent service provided to us. We are equally satisfied with the performance of your products and our new sound system. Please thank your staff for us and extend our appreciation.
