Max Mechanical Air Conditioning & Heating Inc. promptly answered the phone when I called their establishment and was able to send someone out on the same day. Prior to arriving earlier than scheduled the technician texted me to let me know that they were arriving early and on their way; this was very helpful. It took the technician about 2 1/2 hour to figure out what the problem was for my AC unit and fixed it with no problems. Their staff are professional and courteous.
