This wasn't the first time using Max Mechanical Air Conditioning & Heating Inc. They installed a part for our air conditioner six years ago. And we had a mechanical issue with it this last week. So they came out and fixed it. I would continue to use their service because the guy who came out was very professional. He explained what he was going to do,. He wasn't overly technical. He didn't treat me like I was dumb either. He was really skilled. He did a complicated repair that a lot of other places might have said I needed a whole new board. But he probably saved us a lot of money by fixing it. I would tell a potential customer of theirs the guy was honest and professional. And he addressed our questions. And he was on time. Scheduling was easy. It was online. And they followed up on the phone. They were polite and courteous. They were also easy to work with. They were really friendly. I would recommend Max Mechanical Air Conditioning & Heating Inc to my family and friends.
