Gas heat exchangers are expensive, and it is not always a clear cut issue about whether it should be exchanged or not. I had a previous company say that I should exchange it, but then Max Mechanical came in and told me that all it needed was a very good cleaning. That is when I started to gain trust in them. I often had them follow up on other HVAC companies. The quality of their work is good. If there is an issue, they are always quick to come back and take care of it.
