1st time, did not rotate spare tire as requested.
Excuse was the spare did not look as good as the rest of the wheels. So they also did not check air pressure in spare.
2. I was having the tires rotated and balanced before big road trip. when I got home I checked the tire pressure out of curiosity and sure enough all 4 tires
were low.
3. They broke off a lug nut and lug. Once home I tried to remove the remaining lug nuts and could not. Took it to a shop and they had to brake them all off and replace the lug nuts and studs. I asked them to fix the issue and they smiled and said no.
Never again will I buy anything from these folks. The service is the worst. get your tires at Sam's.
