We arrived from Indiana with a 'donut' on the right-front tire of our Santa Fe with just over 10,000 miles on it (tire went flat about 50 miles from Charlottesville). After searching the net for tire-repair shops, we chose University Tire in downtown Charlottesville and arrived there on a Saturday after 4 PM just before closing time. The shop manager took down all the info, found the exact new, matching tire to order (tire had a previous puncture and repair so had to be replaced) and said he would call us on Monday. The tire arrived early Monday and we were in the shop by 9:00 AM; 45 minutes later the job was done perfectly. The service (and final charges) couldn't have been better; we were very satisfied with the fast, professional, courteous service.
