My A/C stopped shooting out cold air in the Texas heat in July. I called the next morning, and received service just a few hours later. Roman was my technician and he was very upfront, trustworthy and knowledgeable. He walked me though everything that was wrong, as well as what to do going forward. I will definitely use EHS in the future.
