My American Standard 5T condenser unit compressor failed, still under warranty. I called four companies to find one that could work a warranty claim for me and install the same day (Friday). Efficient quoted a reasonable price and could meet my time requirements. They worked under miserable heat late into the evening to install a new compressor, but it failed immediately when started. They came back with another new compressor on Monday and we were back in the cool that night. The techs had to work a lot of overtime to take care of an unscheduled new customer, twice. You don’t see that kind of customer focused commitment very much these days. Thank you for your service!
