One of the things that I really like about Efficient Home Solutions is that they will troubleshoot an issue with me over the phone to try to resolve it before they send someone out. For this service call, my HVAC unit needed attention. They came out, communicated with me very well, were friendly and courteous. They were able to fix a short in the HVAC and had me up and running quickly. I feel like I don't pay them more than I feel I should, so the price was good for this service.
