I found the company via the internet with no prior experience with them. Rocky came out, spent time reviewing my heat pump system, found what it needed, with a clear explanation of the "what" and "why". The crew later installed two new air returns and made some other corrections to help my system run more efficiently (and hopefully last longer). Very pleased with the communication, professionalism of the crew, and minimal disruption and mess.
