I will always be a life time customer. My air unit went out during a massive Texas heat wave in 2011. Everyone was booked and scheduled appointments were canceled at the last minute. I was desperate and had to leave for the east coast. I called Efficient Home Solutions from my hotel room and they came out and installed a new unit that night. Since then I use their semi-annual services (air/heat checkups). I bought my new heater from them in 2013. I decided to upgrade my air unit this year and as usual, I received a prompt visit by very knowledgeable staff and my unit was installed the next day. This company is awesome, I highly recommend all of their services. Everyone including office staff, sales and service technicians are always a pleasure to do business with and professional and knowledgeable. I like dealing with people who integrity so I am their customer for life.
