The speed at which you were able to send out a tech to my residence was amazing, especially given a hot day in July. The tech, M Brown, was extremely professional and courteous, and he didn't mind me watching as I'm a curious cat. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed in no time. He also provided excellent advice and tips that will help me down the road. I'm very pleased with the service and plan on using your service again when the need arises.
