When you live in Texas and are in the middle of a 40 day 100 and over temperature streak and your AC goes on the fritz, the experience leaves a lot to be desired. Hot and frustrated after poor service with another AC company, we turned to EES. Not only did they come out the same day I called, they installed our new AC unit on a Sunday! All of the service people were very professional and explained each step of the process to me and my Dad. When you are making this type of investment, you surely want to be told the truth.
