My A/C went down and rather than deal with my home warranty company, which has proven to leave me waiting and sweating for a tech to come out -- and then who usually needs several days to find the part, I contacted EHS after hours.

A repair tech was out the next morning. He identified the problem, picked up the necessary motor, and came back and spent considerable time to make sure the motor was properly installed.

How do I know he spent considerable time? I watched him from inside my house as he spent about 30 minutes out in the heat fine-tuning the motor before bringing it in. He spent another 20 minutes once inside.

He had already informed me of the cost, so there were no surprises.

When he left, he encouraged me to call if I had any problems or questions.

When it's 100 degrees out, you have a pet, and you have a job to keep up with and can't miss any more time than you have to, I'm certainly up for writing a positive review for EHS because they did a great job.
