Before David's service, our air conditioner was wearing itself out because even though it was a wonderful Trane----our insulation was insufficient, our soffit vents outside were too small to keep the attic air-flow at a lower temperature, AND our pull-down door-entrance to the attic wasn't a tight seal. The fact that the air-intake vent was SO close to that attic-door, meant that the air-intake vent was pulling hot air DOWN from the attic to cool that air!! So, David's Efficient Home Solutions solved all three problems, so that nowadays, even though it's over 100 degrees outside, we are comfortable INSIDE!
