I was first impressed with Rick's knowledge about cleaning my carpets. He was able to explain to me how dry cleaning my carpets were healthier for me. I am a little embarrassed to say that that carpet were a lot dirtier than normal. They came out very clean. I will never use Stanley Steemer again.
