Two techs arrived and were very professional and focused to solve the problem. Issue was about 25 feet down drain, so beyond my basic capability to solve. I called late in afternoon and they had techs to me by mid morning. Also, both were veterans which is another plus. Thanks for their military service and now great service in plumbing.
