Last fall we had a new water heater installed by Arnold & Sons Plumbing Htg and they had to come back out and replace the pressure release valve (no cost to us) - some water was leaking onto the floor. The technician was very professional and he explained things to me in a very clear manner. I had a good experience with Arnold & Sons Plumbing Htg.
