I was pleased that Arnold and Sons Plumbing and Heating came out so quickly after calling them, but I didn't feel like their rates were in-line with other service providers. In the three times I used them -- once to fix a pipe, once to fix a pump, and once to replace a faucet -- they seemed a little too expensive.
