Branson was working at a neighbor's house, and we struck up a conversation about cars and then started talking about plumbing. I had been getting nervous about my ejector pump and thought it might be giving out on me. So I got that done. My sump pump was also on borrowed time. Branson pointed out a few other things, and he was right about them all. So when the sump pump bit the dust, they replaced that. I'm trying to squeeze in another few years with the water heater. This condo was built some time ago. All its systems are the same age and are needing replacement at the same time.
