I have used Arnold & Sons Plumbing, Sewer & Drain quite a bit, and their service is definitely Five-Star! The last time they came out, they just replaced a faucet for me, and gave me an estimate on some other plumbing work. They are very good plumbers, and all their employees - from their office staff to their service people - are very professional and efficient. Once I had a bank-related problem, and their office staff went out of their way to help me.
