Leaking faucet

Gave me 4 estimates for the one job I wanted done, the most expensive one was $3800 the lowest was $2000 to fix a leak, no price for parts or labor on estimate . Very over priced . Call a plumber and got it done for $650. Never again, can I have my money back??
