Arnold & Sons Plumbing, Sewer & Drain technician Jake was very personable. He made us feel like his service call was not just for a sale. He was not pushy where other companies were. He was professional and got right to the heart of the matter. He did not try to hard sell us and worked very well "with us." They were able to replace the hot water heater and later came back to discuss sump pump issues with us. I appreciate him and his manner of doing business.
