The technician, Robert Boland, came the same day as my call. He fixed the problem. He also checked for other issues near it. He was knowledgeable about previous work that had been done and was able to recommend a replacement for one of my out of warranty appliances. That work is scheduled for a few days from now. I am so happy to have Arnold's Plumbing keep my house in repair.
