Two salesmen showed up for my complaint of either a clogged kitchen sink or broken garbage disposal. They did not try to fix anything, just inspected and performed a "review" of all my plumbing system. They decided I could use new water softener, too. They quoted $822 to replace the garbage disposal, only $490 to change it out if I provided my own garbage disposal. THEN said they could set me up me a new deluxe water softener and new garbage disposal for just $3700, and I could make payments! OMG I called another plumber who came, found the drain was clogged, fixed it and told me I didn't need a new garbage disposal. I found Arnold and Son's service to be deceitful and unethical, possibly because they thought I was an easy mark as an older lady. Price gouging. I'm telling everyone I know to say away from this company.
