I contacted Arnold & Sons Plumbing, Sewer & Drain because I had a leaky faucet on the outside of our home, along with a leak in our shower as well. I had researched the problem extensively, and even considered fixing the shower issue myself, since all it needed was a cartridge replacement, but I went on the safe side and reached out to a professional plumbing company. I was not prepared for what they were going to tell me. They went through and not only checked my leaks but also did an extensive examination of other plumbing items around my home. They informed me that they couldn't replace the cartridge in my shower and that they had to replace the whole unit. Not only that, I required a regulator since the water pressure was too high, and coupled with the other items I needed, provided me with three different options, all of which were very expensive! It was not what I was expecting, and in no way was I going to spend so much money. I did appreciate their efforts, but I was not thrilled with their results. The techs themselves were very professional, and they did do a thorough job, it just wasn't the experience I was expecting to have. Later on, I attended a local group meeting, and others in that group expressed similar experiences with the company, all noting their high prices. Their techs did a good job, but I probably won't be calling them again.
