My first experience was needing my sewer drain cleaned out, the special $99 with camera. The guy that showed up looked at my drain did not notice any water and said that he didn't know what I needed and perhaps I could call again when the water showed back up?! What!? I literally had to demand that I wanted the drain cleaned out for sure today?! He did the job with the camera and found tree roots. He said "well I'm glad I did the work after all " Okay well thanks for doing your job!
My second experience 1 day ago. I explain that we have water in the basement and need a sewer drain cleaned out, as we now know that we have tree roots. Okay so he tells me that I need to dig up my yard for $4,888 and put in a clean out to help resolve the issue. After a 30 minutes of talking me into everything else I explain I just want my sewer cleaned out to clear my drain so I can take a shower today. I was then quoted a price of $565, as he told me I'm paying for a plumber and well, you already had the one time fee of $99 special that's not available. So okay your here lets do the job. Okay he really acted as if he did not want to do the job!? The same as my first experience?
After working on my drain he puts everything in his truck and tells me that he can't get my drain to open and I still owe $565 !!!! What!!!!!?! So I'm not believing this is actually being said to me! I asked him did he use the camera to tell me if there is a broken line? Like why can't it open up? He says to me that I can do that for you if you want!? Ummm yes please do everything you can as you are charging $565 !!!? He uses the camera and the drain is opened. I have never ever had this kind of service and I and my husband agree we will NEVER use this company again. I hope this is a warning to whomever may need a plumber!
