This was the second time that I have used Arnold & Sons Plumbing, Sewer & Drain. I scheduled an appointment for them to come out and fix a P-trap underneath a faucet. They refused to do the service because I had lead pipes and they wanted to replace the pipes by cutting into the wall. The cheapest quote they gave me was $700! They gave me four options to fix this issue. They were trying to upsell me and what they were wanting to do was not what I called them out to do. It cost me $100 for them to come out which I paid because it was a service call fee. I then watched a video online and went to the hardware store and purchased a $7.00 piece of rubber and fixed it myself.

I think that their customer service needs some work. The plumber that came out was polite and had a good demeanor about him but overall the service I received the first time that I used Arnold & Sons Plumbing, Sewer & Drain was severely lacking with this service call.

They did reach out to me offering my $100 service fee back but with the stipulation that I would never call them again. I agreed to that as this was an unpleasant experience.
