Robert has always been very helpful. This was not my first time using Arnold & Sons Plumbing, Sewer & Drain. I had them come out recently to check the hot water heater. The pipe vent is bent so I need to get that fixed before they will be able to address replacing the hot water heater. He arrived on time and was able to assess the problem quickly. He took the time to explain his findings to me and what he can do to fix it. He also took the time to answer my questions. He was respectful of my home and courteous. He is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I definitely recommend using Arnold & Sons Plumbing, Sewer & Drain!
