Arnold & Sons Plumbing, Sewer & Drain has always done fantastic work for us. This was not our first time using their services. They came out recently to install a condensation pump on our furnace. Everything turned out well. The technician was very nice, he has been here before. He is always prompt, polite and professional. He was able to assess the problem with the furnace quickly and efficiently. He then took the time to explain what he found with his assessment to use as well as what he would be able to do to fix it. He also took the time to answer our questions. We even had an emergency situation right after Thanksgiving. Our water pump went out early in the morning the day after Thanksgiving. We gave them a call when the shop opened and they were able to get someone out to us and replace it that very afternoon. Having a company you can trust who is as prompt as they are, especially in a crisis situation, is very important. We are very pleased with their customer service, their technicians, their knowledge and their efficiency. We will continue to use Arnold & Sons Plumbing, Sewer & Drain.
