Arnold & Sons Plumbing, Sewer & Drain is excellent. They are very responsive and communicative. I'm a frequent flyer if you will, and have used them many times. I'm very fond of Brian, who has come out a number of times to deal with difficult issues. This last time, however, was my second experience with one of their other technicians, Robert. I called them out because I had a leaking toilet and I thought I was going to need a replacement. Once he came out he was able to troubleshoot the issue and find out there was a pipe causing the issue. He not only replaced the pipe, but he also added shims to the base of the toilet in order to reduce stress and pressure from the weight of the toilet itself. In no way did he try to sell me more than what I needed. I will definitely continue to use Arnold & Sons in the future.
