I've been using them for years. Arnold & Sons Plumbing, Sewer & Drain has cleaned out all the different drains in my house over the years. They run their cameras through and always find the problem. The plumber found some buildup in the basement section of the pipe caused by an accumulation of grease and stuff. He snaked it out and it's running perfectly now.
