Very impressed with Kathy in getting us taken care of so quickly when a cancellation came up. As this was for one of our rentals and we were not present I have to say that George from their service department was there quickly, cleared the drain and diagnosed the problem immediately. He was very courteous and had to make several phone calls to me explaining the issue to me and getting permission to do any work. Arnold and Son's will be my go to from now on and they were fair on their pricing for the service.
