Good workmanship, overall satisfactory experience.

Time from calling Arnold and Sons to having a tech on site giving an estimate was good. The tech was skilled and polite. Had some miscommunications between Myself, the Clerk/Phone Admin, and the Tech, but these were sorted out in short order with minimal hassle.

Pricing was upfront and nothing was done without authorization, everything was on the up and up.
