Two visits were required, while the technician should have been able to solve the whole problem in one visit Total for the two visits was more than $1,200.
Although the technician was very nice and professional, and although I was pleased at the end of the first visit because I thought he had solved the problems, the price was rather high for less than one hour and minimal parts. However, we had to call him back to do what I think he should have seen needed to be done the first visit. The second visit cost more than $800. Total cost was more than $1200. Definitely overpriced!
