I live in an old house, they get it. The sewer pipes are complicated, they called outside city offices and asked questions so I didn’t have to. They also called another company for me when my sewer lines required a very long distance run that they couldnt accommodate because of equipment repair. I had already paid for the failed drain unclog service call, after the other company came out the next day, Arnold refunded my money. I’ll most likely be getting more work done, so it’s good to know that there is a company that has great ethics in Peoria. George the guy from the service call is great. Cleans up everything. (I hate the mess) Very polite and tries to help any way he can. Thank you so much everyone at Arnold. You’ve momentarily restored my faith in humanity.
