Roscoe Brown is fabulous! I've used them for service and maintenance, but this last time was an emergency! Of course it was a hot day when the compressor blew up in my AC unit. They were able to come right out that very day and diagnose it. It needed to be replaced. A little over an hour later, someone came out to my house to talk to me about my different options.

I was in Nashville and on my way home when I called Roscoe Brown to let them know I had my funds in order and we could go ahead with the new unit. I was home probably ten minutes when the first crew arrived. They were ready to work! They were amazing! They tore out and removed the old one. Then the second crew arrived and they worked on the electrical part of it. Everyone that came to my house were prompt, very professional and nice. By that afternoon, I had my whole house cooled down again! I'd definitely use them again!
