DMI LLC installed our furnace and ACs many years ago. I think we were one of their first customers. They still come by to service them and our tank-less water heater. We've had very little problems with any of the units and they keeping everything running well.
Scheduling with them is easy and they always arrive on time. They are professional and courteous. They even wear booties in the house to avoid tracking in any dirt. Their customer service is very friendly. I like the greeting when you call in. The technicians always explain what they're doing and how my units are running. The fees are definitely worth their work and I'm satisfied with them.
